Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has arrived in Türkiye on a working visit, Spokesperson for Armenian Prime Minister Nazeli Baghdasaryan wrote on a social network, EDnews informs.
"Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has arrived in Türkiye on a working visit. At the Istanbul International Airport, the Armenian prime minister was met by Deputy Foreign Minister of Türkiye Berris Ekinci," she noted.
She added that the meeting of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan with the Armenian prime minister will take place on June 20 evening. Pashinyan will also meet with representatives of the local Armenian community in Istanbul.
The press service of the Armenian government reported that the delegation headed by Pashinyan in Istanbul includes Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, Armenia's special representative for the normalization of relations with Türkiye, and Vice Speaker of the Parliament Ruben Rubinyan.
