Moscow calls on Baku to take measures to return the two countries' relations to the level of strategic alliance, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, EDnews reports, referring to Russian media.
According to her, all problematic issues between the states can be resolved diplomatically.
"We expect that those who want to spoil bilateral relations will refrain from further provocative steps. There have already been many such steps. These steps cause serious damage to interstate relations," she said.
