Nearly 50,000 people received medical treatment during the funeral procession for Iran’s former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Tehran, EDnews reports.
According to Iran’s emergency services, cited by the state-linked ISNA news agency, 48,804 people were treated during the mass gathering.
The medical response included three successful cardiac resuscitations and approximately 18,000 outpatient treatments, officials said.
Despite the large crowds attending the funeral, authorities reported no deaths or other major incidents during the procession.
