A special session of the Milli Majlis titled "National Leader Heydar Aliyev as the Author of Independent Azerbaijan’s Constitution", dedicated to the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty,” has officially started.
According to EDnews the session is being held under the chairmanship of Speaker Sahiba Gafarova.
The theme of the special session is "National Leader Heydar Aliyev-Author of the Constitution of Independent Azerbaijan.The Constitution was prepared by the commission, chaired by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, and tasked with preparing the draft new Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
