The First Lady of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ziroatxon Mirziyoyeva, has congratulated the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva, on the occasion of Ramadan Bairam.
Z. Mirziyoyeva’s letter stated:
