Armenia considers the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Abu Dhabi successful, reads a statement by Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ani Badalyan, published on the ministry's Telegram channel, EDnews reports.
"Armenia also considers the meeting in Abu Dhabi successful and confirms that it can serve as a serious basis for the further implementation of the peace process," Badalyan noted.
On July 10, a meeting was held in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi, between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to discuss the peace agenda between the two countries. The parties agreed to continue bilateral negotiations and trust-building measures between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
