On the sidelines of the 17th summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Azerbaijan's Khankandi, a meeting was held between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Pakistani counterpart Ishaq Dar, the Pakistani foreign minister wrote on X, EDnews reports.
The parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations, confirmed their readiness to further deepen cooperation in various areas and noted the importance of recent high-level exchanges of views.
"I congratulated Azerbaijan’s leadership on the successful hosting of the Summit and lauded its proactive role in ECO. We reaffirmed that recent high-level exchanges have further strengthened our bilateral ties and expressed commitment to deepening cooperation across diverse sectors," he wrote.
