During his trip to Fuzuli, Prime Minister Turchin was accompanied by high-level Azerbaijani officials. The visit included a tour of key infrastructure sites in the city, including the newly built Fuzuli International Airport  one of the first major infrastructure projects completed after the liberation of Karabakh. The Belarusian delegation was informed about the large-scale reconstruction and urban development projects currently underway in the region.

According to EDnews the Prime Minister of Belarus, Alexander Turchin, has arrived in the city of Fuzuli as part of his official visit to Azerbaijan. This visit marks an important step in the further development of Azerbaijani-Belarusian relations and underscores Belarus’s interest in participating in post-conflict reconstruction efforts in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories.

Turchin expressed admiration for Azerbaijan’s rapid and strategic redevelopment efforts in Fuzuli and emphasized Belarus’s readiness to contribute to reconstruction and development works. He also discussed potential avenues for cooperation in sectors such as construction, agriculture, logistics, and technology.
