Five-time Ballon d'Or winner, Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, is set to sign a new contract soon with Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr.
EDnews reports, citing journalist Fabrizio Romano's post on X, that the parties are discussing the final details of the agreement, including the contract length, which could be either one year with an option to extend or a two-season deal.
Ronaldo, 40, has been playing for Al-Nassr since 2023. The Portuguese star is a five-time UEFA Champions League winner, European Champion, UEFA Nations League winner, all-time top scorer for national teams, and record goal scorer in the European Championships, Champions League, and Club World Cups. Ronaldo was the first footballer to reach 900 career goals in official matches.
