The event will feature presentations and panel discussions on cyberspace issues, such as the use of new technologies in the global cyber environment artificial intelligence, deepfake, Zero Trust, analysis of real incidents, prospects for the development of the information security market, etc. It will also feature exercises called "Cyberwar in Smart Cities."
On May 12-24, the Baku Congress Center will host a cybersecurity conference as part of the Critical Infrastructure Defense Challenge 2025, EDnews informs referring to the official statement.
During the exercises, teams of 3-5 people will try to protect their virtual information systems from simulated cyberattacks. The prize fund for the exercises will be 30,000 manats.In addition, the event will feature a free educational program Hack The Future 2, which will include six free master classes in the field of cybersecurity for event participants, taking into account different age groups and levels of knowledge.
The event was organized by the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security together with the State Security Service.
