On the night of July 9, the Russian Armed Forces launched 741 air attack weapons, including 728 UAVs, at the territory of Ukraine, reads a statement by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, EDnews reports, citing Ukrainian media.
During the shelling, the Russian forces launched: 728 Shahed-type attack UAVs and drone imitators from the directions of the Russian cities of Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Kursk, Orel, Millerovo; seven X-101/Iskander-K cruise missiles from the areas of Engels in the Saratov Region and Kursk Region; six X-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from the airspace of the Lipetsk Region.
The main direction of the strike was the city of Lutsk. According to preliminary data, the air defense neutralized 718 air attack weapons.
