UN-Habitat Executive Director Anaclaudia Rossbach has welcomed the world from Baku ahead of the opening of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), EDnews report.
"As WUF13 prepares to open tomorrow in Baku, UN-Habitat Executive Director Anacludia Rossbach welcomes the world to the premier global forum on sustainable urbanization. With 40,000+ registrations from 180+ countries, WUF13 will advance dialogue on adequate housing for all," reads a message on WUF13 Azerbaijan page on X.
The 13th session of the WUF13 will be held in Baku from May 17 to 22.
The forum is organized as part of Azerbaijan's close collaboration with the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and aims to facilitate the international exchange of experience in sustainable urban development, smart cities, and innovative urban solutions.
