EDnews informs that Dimitris Skalkos, Secretary General of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, spoke about this at an official reception held in Baku on the occasion of the country's National Day.
He emphasized that he personally observed this as a member of the delegation led by the Greek Prime Minister:
"The Greek delegation was one of the largest and highest-level delegations. Relations between our countries are gradually strengthening. This is built on the positive spirit reflected in the fruitful meeting between President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who held their meeting in Baku last November within the framework of COP29."
The Secretary General also emphasized the desire of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs to continue the dialogue:
"We want to continue the dialogue in order to exploit the unexplored potential across the entire spectrum of our bilateral relations, going beyond our strategic energy partnership."
