Arman Tatoyan, the former ombudsman of Armenia, has stirred controversy with unsubstantiated claims regarding Azerbaijan's actions.
Ednews, citing Armenian media sources, reports that Tatoyan has made baseless assertions, including allegations of the "expulsion" of Armenians from Karabakh. One Armenian politician has gone as far as labeling the resettlement of ethnic Armenians from Azerbaijan as part of a "special plan."
Tatoyan alleges that Azerbaijan has orchestrated a scheme to relocate 300 thousands of Azerbaijanis to the region to alter its demographic composition.
While this issue pertains to Azerbaijan's internal affairs, it has garnered attention in Yerevan.
