Discussions between Armenia and Azerbaijan are ongoing, and there is an agreement for them to continue. I do not rule out that the discussions may soon proceed in the format of heads of state, as well as in the format of foreign ministers.

A bilateral meeting of the Presidents of the Parliaments of Azerbaijan and Armenia was held on the sidelines of the 148th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Geneva on 22 March 2024, Press Service of Azerbaijani Parliament.
The meeting was organised on the initiative and through the mediation of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. It was discussed in what form the parliaments of the two countries could support the peace process to the backdrop of the ongoing peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
